WHO WE ARE

The notion of bad and good is sometimes personal and subjective. It is influenced by cultural injunctions and is often subject to judgment, interpretation and guilt. What is interesting is what some people consider bad may be good for others and vice versa. Fashion is typically a very important art for us which can carry beautiful messages but this field is often misjudged.

 

Without going to extremes obviously, we sometimes find that allowing ourselves harm can do good. Example: Say NO (to fastfashion for example haha), prioritize yourself even when you have the impression that it's selfish, say what you think and feel at the risk of hurting yourself, cut off relationships, dare a pair of heels or a tight top, finally accept our complexes which are often rejected more by ourselves than by others, drink a small glass of wine during the week, dance... in short, allow ourselves to do a little good without feel guilty. We were taught a lot not to harm others (which is a fundamental value that I encourage!) but not enough to do good to ourselves!

 

There is also this notion of suffering which is telling. There is evil in all of us and this suffering can be transformed into enormous positive energy if we work on it. Suffering is a part of life and is not just bad. Going out of your way makes you feel good! The best example is sport! What's more healthy and good for your health than sport? yet it hurts... The effort is always rewarded! Work hard, make sacrifices, focus on one thing and finally achieve what you've always dreamed of! Isn't it good to hurt yourself a little?
