The Site allows MAL to offer textile products and accessories for sale under the MAL brand (hereinafter referred to as the “Products”) to Internet users browsing the Site (hereinafter referred to as “Customers”).  

For the application of these conditions, it is agreed that the Customer and MAL will be collectively referred to as the “Parties” and individually referred to as “Party”, and that the Customer having validated an order will then be referred to as “Buyer”.

These general conditions of sale apply to all countries of the European Union.

Any order for a Product offered on the Site implies the Buyer's acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

MAL reserves the right to modify these general conditions of sale at any time by publishing a new version on the Site. The general conditions of sale are those in force on the date the order is placed.

As a client, you always have the possibility to contact the arbitration board of the European Commission. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
