You have 3 weeks to return the part (s) that do not suit you by going to your  Client area  and selecting the order return option (by post).

Following an online purchase that does not suit you, it is possible to obtain a refund in the form of a voucher.

You will then benefit from a refund within 10 working days of receipt of your return package in our warehouses, provided that the parts have not been worn / retouched / washed and are in perfect condition. for resale, with original labels on the product.

If you placed your order in "Guest" mode, all you have to do is create an account from your order confirmation email (information available at the bottom of the email).
